All you need to start or restart becoming a high quality listener. Working in health and human services settings involves addressing behavior or lifestyle change. Whether new to the field or “well seasoned” supporting others to make life decisions can be difficult and taxing especially, when someone just won’t listen. Incorporating MI into practice and work settings provides professionals with ways to address behavior change in an effective person-centered style.

Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel with full refunds up to 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations will receive a 50% refund or may apply 100% towards another training. Plans and lives interrupt so you may elect to defer your training to a later in the same year. Other refund issues are addressed case by case by contacting Annie with your concern.
