TRAINING

Annie is a Certified and vetted trainer from the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (M.I.N.T.). She offers multi-modal and interactive trainings in Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction Assessment & interventions and using writing and expressive modalities with the clients. She is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (M.I.N.T.) and trained at The Harm Reduction Therapy Center in San Francisco.
CONSULTING

Annie has been making MI FUN since 2004. She is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers and validates her own practice and training yearly. She offers consultation based on implementation science both before and after training to assist supervisors and managers continue the gains of training teams.
WRITING
Annie is an affiliate of Amherst Writers and Artists. She offers AWA workshops to writers and non-writers as a means of developing the writer-voice within us all. Annie is a poet and also often writes essays on a variety of topics.
CLINICAL COACHING

Annie offers individualized counseling and skill development in motivational interviewing, harm reduction or using creativity in on line sessions. All coaching is more effective when you add in the experiential element and may included observed practice, feedback and adaptation to population and setting.

Annie Fahy Consulting was established in 2012 and is owned and operated by Annie Fahy RN, LCSW. Annie develops training and consultation for bio-behavioral healthcare organizations, teams and individuals. Her extensive clinical background working with chaotic clients makes her trainings clinically relevant and assists learners in adaptation of skills to populations and settings. Motivational Interviewing and other strengths focused interventions like Harm Reduction build flexibility and resilience in healthcare providers challenged by current and future changes.
